Ingredients
- 1/3 cup hard cider
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon whole milk (at room temperature)
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (plus extra for serving)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sugar with the hard cider and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in the milk and nutmeg.
- Add the cream and whisk until a thickened, foamy layer of cream forms on top of the mixture.
- Spoon the creamy foam into a small bowl and set aside.
- Pour the remaining cider and milk mixture into a serving glass, filling it no more than three-quarters full.
