Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • Garnish: mint sprig

Instructions

  1. In a highball or Collins glass, muddle the fresh mint and simple syrup together.
  2. Add the rum and lime juice, then fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Gently twist a bar spoon or swizzle stick to combine the ingredients until frost forms on the outside of the glass.
