Ingredients

  • 1 oz American craft gin
  • 3/4 oz St-Germain
  • 1/2 oz Plantation Pineapple rum
  • 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup (2:1, honey:water)
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz soda water

Instructions

  1. In a wine glass with ice, stir all the ingredients except the soda water.
  2. Top with the soda water.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple.
