Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh orange juice
  • A little under 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Prosecco
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice from an orange.
  2. Peel and wash the piece of ginger.
  3. Blend the orange juice and ginger until fully mixed.
  4. Strain the liquid into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Add the Aperol, then top off with Prosecco.
  6. Garnish the glass with slices of orange.
