Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 1 oz Malibu
  • 6.75 oz Alpro Coconut Drink
  • 11 oz Lilt Zero
  • 1 handful pineapple chunks
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple chunks in a freezer-safe container.
  2. Add the Malibu, white rum, and Alpro Coconut Drink. Mix well.
  3. Cover the container and freeze for 2 hours.
  4. Remove from the freezer and break up the slush with a fork.
