Ingredients

  • 5 oz dry rosé wine
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 ripe but still firm peach, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1.50 oz club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine, elderflower liqueur, brandy, lemon juice, and granulated sugar.
  2. Add the thinly sliced peach and raspberries to the pitcher and gently stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, and up to 8 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, gently stir the sangria again.
  5. Add ice to the pitcher and to serving glasses.
  6. Stir the club soda into the pitcher.
  7. Pour the sangria into the ice-filled glasses and garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
