Ingredients

  • 5 oz dry rosé wine
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 tablespoon brandy
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/6 ripe but still firm peach, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons raspberries
  • 1 1/2 oz club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the dry rosé wine, elderflower liqueur, brandy, fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, sliced peach, and raspberries.
  2. Gently stir the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but up to 8 hours.
  3. Before serving, gently stir the mixture again and add ice to the pitcher and glasses.
  4. Stir the club soda into the pitcher.
  5. Pour the sangria into ice-filled glasses and garnish with additional fruit if desired.
