Ingredients
- 1 lime (sliced into rounds)
- 1 lemon (sliced into rounds)
- 1/4 green apple (chopped into small pieces)
- 1/2 peach (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy or Grand Marnier
- 5 oz dry crisp white wine (Albariño recommended)
- 1-3 teaspoons maple syrup, agave, simple syrup, or cane sugar (adjust to taste)
- Sparkling water (optional)
- Fresh mint and strawberries for topping (optional)
- Ice or frozen berries for serving
Instructions
- Combine all the chopped fruit in a pitcher.
- Pour in the brandy and white wine, and stir to mix.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding sweetener to your preference.
- Chill the pitcher in the fridge for at least 1-4 hours or overnight.
