Ingredients

  • 1 lime (sliced into rounds)
  • 1 lemon (sliced into rounds)
  • 1/4 green apple (chopped into small pieces)
  • 1/2 peach (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy or Grand Marnier
  • 5 oz dry crisp white wine (Albariño recommended)
  • 1-3 teaspoons maple syrup, agave, simple syrup, or cane sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling water (optional)
  • Fresh mint and strawberries for topping (optional)
  • Ice or frozen berries for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine all the chopped fruit in a pitcher.
  2. Pour in the brandy and white wine, and stir to mix.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding sweetener to your preference.
  4. Chill the pitcher in the fridge for at least 1-4 hours or overnight.
  5. To serve, stir the sangria and pour over a glass of ice or frozen berries.
