Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Jamaican rum (preferably Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Gold rum)
- 3/4 oz Tempus Fugit Kina L'Avion
- 3/4 oz grapefruit liqueur (preferably Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rose)
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 14 drops celery bitters
Instructions
- In a mixing tin, combine all the ingredients.
- Shake the mixture with ice.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Express an orange peel over the drink and then discard it.
