Ingredients

  • 4 tea bags
  • 0.50 oz mint leaves
  • 3.50 tbsp caster sugar
  • 0.50 cup fresh orange juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz Pimm's No 1
  • 2 sliced strawberries
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place the tea bags and half of the mint in a large jug, then pour in 5 cups of boiling water and let it infuse for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags, stir in the sugar, and allow the mixture to cool.
  3. Once cooled, remove the mint, add the orange juice, lemon juice, and Pimm's, and thoroughly chill the mixture.
  4. Serve the prepared mixture over plenty of ice, garnished with slices of orange, lemon, strawberry, and the remaining mint sprigs.
