Ingredients
- 4 tea bags
- 0.50 oz mint leaves
- 3.50 tbsp caster sugar
- 0.50 cup fresh orange juice
- 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz Pimm's No 1
- 2 sliced strawberries
- Ice
Instructions
- Place the tea bags and half of the mint in a large jug, then pour in 5 cups of boiling water and let it infuse for 10 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags, stir in the sugar, and allow the mixture to cool.
- Once cooled, remove the mint, add the orange juice, lemon juice, and Pimm's, and thoroughly chill the mixture.
- Serve the prepared mixture over plenty of ice, garnished with slices of orange, lemon, strawberry, and the remaining mint sprigs.
