Ingredients

  • 1 whole clove
  • 1/4 cinnamon stick
  • 1/16 teaspoon whole allspice
  • 1 1/2 oz 100-proof bourbon
  • 1 1/2 oz Laird's apple brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz ruby red grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 1/2 oz honey
  • 1/2 oz sweet tea
  • Garnish: apple slices

Instructions

  1. Place the clove, cinnamon stick, and allspice in a piece of cheesecloth, tie into a bundle, and place it in a punch bowl.
  2. Add the bourbon, apple brandy, grapefruit juice, honey, and sweet tea to the punch bowl.
  3. Stir the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Fill the punch bowl with large ice cubes, and stir again.
  5. Garnish with apple slices.
