Ingredients

  • 3 oz Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve Bourbon
  • 1 oz DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 slices Orange
  • 1 or 2 Cherries
  • 2 dashes Bitters

Instructions

  1. Remove the stem from the cherry and place it in an old fashioned glass with orange slices and bitters.
  2. Gently muddle the fruit with a half teaspoon of sugar.
  3. Fill the glass with ice, then add the bourbon and peach liqueur, and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with a slice of peach or orange.
