Ingredients

  • 1/4 peach, diced
  • 5 strawberries, sliced
  • 10 cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 lime, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 lemon, cut into small pieces
  • 5 oz your favorite white wine
  • 4 oz wheat beer
  • 2 tbsp cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, cook sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes). Allow the simple syrup to cool.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine wine and add the diced fruit. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the simple syrup to the pitcher and stir.
  4. Pour in the beer and stir gently to combine.
  5. Pour the sangria into serving glasses over ice.
  6. Pour a little cranberry juice into each glass.
  7. Refrigerate any unused sangria for up to 2 days.
