Ingredients
- 2.50 oz Nankai Shochu
- 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice (Swap for favorite juice)
- 0.50 oz Honey
- 4 oz Assorted Fruits
- Mint (Garnish)
Instructions
- In a 32 oz mason jar, combine shochu, juice, and honey.
- Cut assorted fruits into bite-size pieces.
- Add fruit to the jar, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (3 hours for best flavor).
- Serve 4 oz of fruit and 4.5 oz of liquid over ice, and garnish with mint.
