Ingredients

  • 2.50 oz Nankai Shochu
  • 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice (Swap for favorite juice)
  • 0.50 oz Honey
  • 4 oz Assorted Fruits
  • Mint (Garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a 32 oz mason jar, combine shochu, juice, and honey.
  2. Cut assorted fruits into bite-size pieces.
  3. Add fruit to the jar, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (3 hours for best flavor).
  4. Serve 4 oz of fruit and 4.5 oz of liquid over ice, and garnish with mint.
