Ingredients

  • 2 oz Alizé Peach
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 6 oz chilled champagne (or sparkling wine)
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Alizé Peach, frozen peaches, powdered sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth, adding some champagne if extra liquid is needed.
  2. Stir in the remaining champagne.
  3. Place half of the peach mixture in a glass. Add 1/2 tablespoon of grenadine to the glass. Top with the remaining peach mixture.
  4. Garnish and serve.
