Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz peach simple syrup (homemade or Real)
  • 1 dash cardamom bitters
  • 2 dashes smoked cinnamon bitters
  • Garnish: fresh peaches

Instructions

  1. Combine bourbon, peach simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir for about 20-30 seconds, until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass with one large cube.
  4. Garnish with a peach fan or fresh peach slice.
