Ingredients

  • 1 slice of lime
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 1/4 green apple, chopped
  • 1/4 peach, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon brandy or Grand Marnier
  • 5 oz dry crisp white wine
  • 1-3 teaspoons maple syrup, agave, simple syrup, or cane sugar (to taste)
  • Sparkling water (optional)
  • Fresh mint and strawberries for garnish (optional)
  • Ice or frozen berries

Instructions

  1. Place the lime, lemon, green apple, peach, and strawberries in a pitcher.
  2. Pour in the brandy and white wine, then stir to combine.
  3. Taste the sangria and add sweetener if desired, starting with 1 teaspoon at a time.
  4. Place the pitcher in the fridge for at least 1-4 hours or overnight to chill.
  5. To serve, stir the sangria, pour over a glass of ice and/or frozen berries.
  6. Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint and strawberries, if desired.
