Ingredients

  • 2 thin slices of Lebanese cucumber
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 2 slices of orange, halved
  • 3 leaves of lemon balm or mint
  • 2 oz Pimm's No. 1, chilled
  • 3/4 cup ginger ale, chilled
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place the cucumber slices inside a tall glass to line the interior.
  2. Alternate adding the frozen strawberries, halved orange slices, and ice cubes with the lemon balm leaves into the glass.
  3. Pour in the chilled Pimm's No. 1.
  4. Top up the glass with the chilled ginger ale.
