Ingredients
- 1.50 ounces cognac
- 0.75 ounce Cointreau
- 0.75 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Garnish: sugar for rimming glass
Instructions
- Run a slice of lemon around the rim of a cocktail glass, then place the glass rim-down on a small plate of sugar. Turn the glass to evenly coat the rim.
- Add the cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
