Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat granulated sugar and water until boiling, then let simmer for 20 minutes with fresh rosemary and black peppercorns.
  2. Chill a coupe glass in the freezer.
  3. Muddle fresh strawberries and simple syrup in a shaker until strawberries are crushed.
  4. Add lime juice and gin to the shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a strawberry.
