Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 Lime
- 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat granulated sugar and water until boiling, then let simmer for 20 minutes with fresh rosemary and black peppercorns.
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer.
- Muddle fresh strawberries and simple syrup in a shaker until strawberries are crushed.
- Add lime juice and gin to the shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
