Ingredients

  • 2 oz Sons of Liberty Gin
  • 1 oz strawberry rhubarb shrub
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, strawberry rhubarb shrub, egg white, and fresh lemon juice in a shaker tin.
  2. Dry shake the ingredients (without ice) for 15 seconds to create froth.
  3. Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
