Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled, and sliced (can also use frozen)
  • 1 oz whipped cream vodka
  • 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp strawberry simple syrup
  • 1 cup ice (add more for desired thickness)

Instructions

  1. To make the strawberry simple syrup, combine 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool and strain to remove solids.
  2. In a blender, combine ice, strawberry simple syrup, whipped cream vodka, coconut rum, almond milk, and sliced strawberries.
  3. Blend until the daiquiri reaches desired thickness and the ice is fully incorporated.
  4. Serve in a glass with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh strawberry garnish.
