Ingredients

  • 2 shots of cold Starbucks espresso
  • 1/4 cup low-fat or skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk powder (optional for creamier foam)
  • 1/2 teaspoon egg white powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Caramel syrup (for topping)
  • 3/4 cup ice

Instructions
