Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 4 oz freshly brewed black coffee
  • 1.50 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz partly whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Place brown sugar in a glass.
  2. Pour in the hot coffee and mix until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the whiskey and stir again.
  4. Let the mixture rest for a few seconds.
  5. Gently pour the cream over the back of a warmed spoon to allow it to settle on top of the coffee.
  6. Serve immediately.
