Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
  • 1/2 oz. naturally sweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 oz. chilled club soda
  • 2 oz. chilled cava or other sparkling white wine
  • 1 dash of orange bitters
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a Collins glass, fill two-thirds full with ice.
  2. Pour in 2 oz. club soda and 2 oz. cava.
  3. Add 1 3/4 oz. of the Cosmo mix.
  4. Add a dash of bitters and gently stir once.
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
