Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup pineapple wedges, divided
  • 1/16 cup pineapple juice
  • Orange sanding sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/8 cup champagne or prosecco
  • 1/8 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Run a pineapple wedge around the rim of the glass.
  2. Pour sanding sugar into a shallow bowl, then dip the top of the glass in the sugar.
  3. Fill the glass about a quarter full with orange juice.
  4. Add pineapple juice until the glass is half full of juice.
  5. Top the glass with champagne.
  6. Garnish the glass with sliced strawberries and pineapple wedges.
