Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz. KEEL Vodka
  • 0.75 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz. Aperol
  • 2 Drops Vanilla Extract
  • 1 oz. Soda Water (Club Soda)
  • Black Rimming Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wet the rim of the glass and dip it into the black rimming sugar.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and combine all ingredients except for the club soda and Aperol.
  3. Give the drink a quick stir and top off with the Aperol and club soda, then stir again.
  4. For a cold drink without ice, freeze the glasses beforehand, then add all ingredients (except the club soda) into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, and pour into the glass.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
