Ingredients

  • 2 oz water
  • 2 oz sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 Star Anise (optional)
  • 5 oz Prosecco
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate juice
  • 2 tsp Cointreau
  • 1 oz cinnamon syrup
  • Ice
  • Orange Slice
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Pomegranate Seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and star anise until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Set aside the cinnamon syrup to cool and infuse for 30 minutes.
  3. In a punch bowl, combine ice, pomegranate juice, and Cointreau.
  4. Add the cinnamon syrup, including the infused cinnamon sticks and star anise.
  5. Top the mixture with Prosecco and add orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and pomegranate seeds.
  6. Fill a glass with cotton candy and sanitized spiders.
  7. Pour the punch over the cotton candy and garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
