Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground chile powder (such as ancho, chipotle, or Mexican mix)
  • 2 tbsp kosher or coarse sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Ice cubes
  • 2 oz mezcal or tequila
  • 3/4 cup grapefruit soda
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1-2 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a glass.
