Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain thick yogurt
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin (coarsely crushed)

- Pinch of sugar
- 1/2-inch fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/2 green chili, slit in half and seeds removed
