Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup spiced rum
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 1/4 cup apple kombucha
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Apple slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker over ice, combine 1/2 cup apple cider, 1/2 cup spiced rum, and 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
  2. Shake until chilled for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture over large ice cubes into two rocks glasses.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining apple cider, rum, and lemon juice.
  5. Add 1/4 cup apple kombucha to each glass.
  6. Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick and apple slices if desired.
