Ingredients
- 2 oz aged rum
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
- 3/8 oz Spiced Syrup
- 1 dash old-fashioned aromatic bitters
- Ground nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing glass or pitcher, combine the aged rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup, Spiced Syrup, and aromatic bitters.
- Stir the mixture well and refrigerate until well chilled, for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
- Before serving, stir the punch again to recombine the flavors.
- Pour the punch into a chilled old-fashioned glass or tiki cup filled with ice or a large ice cube.
- Sprinkle a dash of ground nutmeg on top of each serving for a delightful finish.
