Ingredients

  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 3/4 oz pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
  • 3/8 oz Spiced Syrup
  • 1 dash old-fashioned aromatic bitters
  • Ground nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass or pitcher, combine the aged rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup, Spiced Syrup, and aromatic bitters.
  2. Stir the mixture well and refrigerate until well chilled, for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
  3. Before serving, stir the punch again to recombine the flavors.
  4. Pour the punch into a chilled old-fashioned glass or tiki cup filled with ice or a large ice cube.
  5. Sprinkle a dash of ground nutmeg on top of each serving for a delightful finish.
