Ingredients

  • 1 quart Trader Point Creamery eggnog
  • 1/4 cup Captain Morgan's 100-proof spiced rum
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua
  • 2 tablespoons Wild Turkey Kentucky bourbon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Demerara sugar, for rimming the glass

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the eggnog, spiced rum, Kahlua, bourbon, and vanilla extract.
  2. In a small dish, mix together equal amounts of ground cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Reserve a quarter teaspoon of the spice mix for later and add the rest to the eggnog mixture.
  3. Pulse the blender for a few seconds to blend the ingredients.
  4. Pour Demerara sugar onto a small, flat plate. Moisten the rim of each glass with a little eggnog, then dip the rim into the sugar.
  5. Carefully pour the eggnog mixture into each glass.
  6. Sprinkle a little of the reserved spice mix over the top of each glass and serve immediately.
