Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Koloa Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz Koloa Reserve Rum
  • 0.25 oz allspice Dram
  • 0.25 oz Falernum
  • 0.25 oz maple syrup
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • A dash of tiki bitters
  • Maple syrup
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Thin apple slices

Instructions

  1. Dip half of the rim of a rocks glass in a little maple syrup and then into the cinnamon sugar. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the cocktail ingredients.
  3. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a few thin apple slices skewered with a bamboo cocktail pick.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
