A refreshing fall rum cocktail with the perfect blend of spiced rum, apple cider, pineapple juice, and warm autumn spices.

Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Koloa Spiced Rum
- 1 oz Koloa Reserve Rum
- 0.25 oz allspice Dram
- 0.25 oz Falernum
- 0.25 oz maple syrup
- 2 oz apple cider
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- A dash of tiki bitters
- Maple syrup
- Cinnamon sugar
- Thin apple slices
Instructions
- Dip half of the rim of a rocks glass in a little maple syrup and then into the cinnamon sugar. Fill the glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the cocktail ingredients.
- Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a few thin apple slices skewered with a bamboo cocktail pick.
- Serve and enjoy!
