Ingredients

  • 1 oz The Glenlivet Founders Reserve
  • 5 oz Freshly Brewed Filter Coffee
  • 2 tsp Boiling Water
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lightly Whipped Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. In a heated Toddy Glass, add the brown sugar and boiling hot water.
  2. Stir the mixture to dissolve the brown sugar.
  3. Add The Glenlivet Founders Reserve to the mixture.
  4. Pour freshly brewed filter coffee into the glass.
  5. Layer lightly whipped heavy cream on top of the liquid so it sits atop the mixture.
  6. Grate nutmeg over the cream.
  7. Serve.
