Ingredients
- 2 oz hard cider
- 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tbsp whole milk (room temperature)
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg, plus extra for serving
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar into the cider until dissolved.
- Stir in the milk and nutmeg.
- Add the cream and whisk until a thick, foamy layer forms on top.
- Spoon the creamy layer into a separate bowl and set aside.
- Pour the remaining cider mixture into a serving glass, filling it no more than three-quarters full.
- Top the glass with a dollop of the cream topping.
- Sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg and serve.
