Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dry cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons organic pear nectar
  • 4 ounces Moscato d'Asti wine
  • 1 small sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Place the dry cranberries in a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of warm water. Let them soak for about 15 minutes until they cool.
  2. Once cooled, drain and pat dry the cranberries, then refrigerate them until serving.
  3. In a tall champagne glass, pour the pear nectar, then add the soaked cranberries.
  4. Gently pour the Moscato d'Asti into the glass.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with a small sprig of fresh rosemary.
