Ingredients

  • 0.50 Persian cucumber
  • 3.75 oz rosé wine
  • 0.50 oz bianco vermouth
  • A few sprigs of mixed herbs (basil, mint, tarragon, and/or parsley)
  • 4 oz citrus soda (Limonata or Sprite)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into spears and set aside. Coarsely chop the remaining cucumber and gently smash pieces to release juices, then transfer all cucumbers to a large pitcher.
  2. Add rosé and vermouth, and stir to combine. Lightly bruise and add the mixed herbs to the pitcher.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight for flavors to meld.
  4. When ready to serve, divide sangria among ice-filled glasses, top off with soda, and garnish with reserved herbs.
