Spa Day Sangria
A refreshing rosé sangria infused with a variety of herbs, perfect for warm summer nights.
Ingredients
- 0.50 Persian cucumber
- 3.75 oz rosé wine
- 0.50 oz bianco vermouth
- A few sprigs of mixed herbs (basil, mint, tarragon, and/or parsley)
- 4 oz citrus soda (Limonata or Sprite)
- Ice
Instructions
- Cut the cucumber into spears and set aside. Coarsely chop the remaining cucumber and gently smash pieces to release juices, then transfer all cucumbers to a large pitcher.
- Add rosé and vermouth, and stir to combine. Lightly bruise and add the mixed herbs to the pitcher.
- Cover and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight for flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, divide sangria among ice-filled glasses, top off with soda, and garnish with reserved herbs.
