Conceived by NYC-based bartenders who fell in love with the small-town atmosphere of their new home, the Nor’easter combines the richness of bourbon and apple brandy with the smoky sweetness of Ancho Reyes and maple syrup. Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Four Roses Single Barrel bourbon
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 ounce apple brandy
  • 1/2 ounce Ancho Reyes liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and shake vigorously with a single cube of ice for at least 30 seconds to create a good foam.
  2. Shake again with additional ice to chill.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
