Ingredients
- 2 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (whipped and sweetened to taste)
- 1/4 oz chocolate bar (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp Irish Cream Liqueur (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the cold brew concentrate with the brown sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.
- Place scoops of the softened chocolate and vanilla ice cream in a large punch bowl.
- Pour the cooled brown sugar coffee mixture and the remaining cold brew concentrate over the ice cream. Add the Irish Cream liqueur if desired.
- Gently stir until the ice cream melts and the punch is well-blended.
- Top the punch with the lightly sweetened whipped cream.
- Grate some chocolate over the top for garnish.
