Ingredients

  • 2 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (whipped and sweetened to taste)
  • 1/4 oz chocolate bar (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp Irish Cream Liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the cold brew concentrate with the brown sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.
  2. Place scoops of the softened chocolate and vanilla ice cream in a large punch bowl.
  3. Pour the cooled brown sugar coffee mixture and the remaining cold brew concentrate over the ice cream. Add the Irish Cream liqueur if desired.
  4. Gently stir until the ice cream melts and the punch is well-blended.
  5. Top the punch with the lightly sweetened whipped cream.
  6. Grate some chocolate over the top for garnish.
