Ingredients
- 2 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp whipped heavy cream
- 1/2 oz chocolate bar (for garnish)
- 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the cold brew coffee concentrate with the brown sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
- In a glass, add the scoops of chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
- Pour the cooled coffee mixture over the ice cream.
- Add the Irish Cream liqueur if using.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Grate some chocolate over the top for garnish and serve.
