Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup whipped heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon chocolate bar shavings (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon Irish Cream Liqueur (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the cold brew coffee concentrate with the brown sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.
- Place scoops of the softened chocolate and vanilla ice cream in a large punch bowl.
- Pour the cooled brown sugar coffee mixture and the remaining cold brew concentrate over the ice cream.
- Add the Irish Cream liqueur, if using, and gently stir until the ice cream melts and the punch is well blended.
