Ingredients
- 1 large egg white
- 1 3/4 ounces amaretto
- 3/4 ounce bourbon
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Lemon peel (for garnish)
- Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the egg white, amaretto, bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds without ice.
