Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 ounces amaretto
  • 3/4 ounce bourbon
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Lemon peel (for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the egg white, amaretto, bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds without ice.
