Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Vanilla Bean Vodka
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Warm Caramel
  • 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon Sugar
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Whipped Cream, for garnish
  • Cinnamon Sticks, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spread caramel on a plate and cinnamon sugar on another.
  2. Dip the rims of martini glasses in caramel, then in cinnamon sugar.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine heavy cream, Vanilla Bean Vodka, and a dash of ground cinnamon.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake until the mixture is cold.
  5. Pour the cocktail into prepared glasses and garnish each with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.
