Smoky Sunset Sipper

Developed by Michael Madrusan at the legendary New York bar Milk & Honey, the Smoky Sunset Sipper is a variation on the classic Vieux Carre. In true Mr. Potato Head fashion, it replaces rye whiskey and Cognac with Scotch whisky and gin to yield something delicious and well-balanced but entirely different. Worth mixing up.

Smoky Sunset Sipper

A delightful twist on the classic Vieux Carre, the Smoky Sunset Sipper balances Scotch whisky and gin with sweet vermouth and Benedictine, finished with a hint of orange bitters.
