Ingredients
- 4 cloves
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 bar spoon of fig preserves
- 1 oz El Dorado 12-Year Rum
- 1/2 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
- 1/4 oz Smith & Cross Rum
- 1/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- Atomize with 4 sprays of Ardbeg Scotch
- Garnish: orange twist
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, muddle the cloves, bitters, and preserves.
- Add El Dorado 12, Lustau Amontillado, Smith & Cross, and Amaro Nonino to the mixing glass.
- Stir and fine strain into an Old Fashioned glass atomized with Ardbeg.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
