  • 4 cloves
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 bar spoon of fig preserves
  • 1 oz El Dorado 12-Year Rum
  • 1/2 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
  • 1/4 oz Smith & Cross Rum
  • 1/4 oz Amaro Nonino
  • Atomize with 4 sprays of Ardbeg Scotch
  • Garnish: orange twist

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, muddle the cloves, bitters, and preserves.
  2. Add El Dorado 12, Lustau Amontillado, Smith & Cross, and Amaro Nonino to the mixing glass.
