Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Mezcal Koch Espadin
  • 1 oz Cocchi Rosa
  • 1/2 oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a coupe glass by chilling it with ice and a splash of water.
  2. In a shaker, combine all the ingredients and fill with ice, then shake vigorously.
  3. Empty and strain the chilled glass, then double strain the cocktail into it. No garnish required.
