Smoky Island Swizzle

A tantalizing tropical swizzle with Chairman's Reserve Rum, Mezcal, pineapple, lime, and mint.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz Chairman's Reserve Rum
  • 0.25 oz Los Siete Misterios Mezcal
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Demerara Syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 3 sprigs Mint

Instructions

  1. In a large double rocks glass, muddle 2 sprigs of mint.
  2. Add the Chairman's Reserve Rum, Mezcal, pineapple juice, lime juice, demerara syrup, and Angostura Bitters to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with crushed ice.
  4. Swizzle or churn the ingredients until combined.
  5. Top up the glass with more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with the remaining sprig of mint.
