Ingredients

  • 4 cloves
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 bar spoon of fig preserves
  • 1 ounce El Dorado Rum 12 YO
  • 1/2 ounce Lustau Amontillado Sherry
  • 1/4 ounce Smith & Cross Rum
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Nonino
  • Atomize with 4 sprays of Ardbeg Scotch
  • Garnish: orange twist

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, crush the cloves, bitters, and fig preserves.
  2. Add El Dorado 12, Lustau Amontillado, Smith & Cross, and Amaro Nonino to the mixing glass.
  3. Stir and strain into an Old Fashioned glass sprayed with Ardbeg.
  4. Garnish with an orange twist.
