Smoky Caribbean Holiday

Ingredients
- 4 cloves
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 bar spoon of fig preserves
- 1 ounce El Dorado Rum 12 YO
- 1/2 ounce Lustau Amontillado Sherry
- 1/4 ounce Smith & Cross Rum
- 1/4 ounce Amaro Nonino
- Atomize with 4 sprays of Ardbeg Scotch
- Garnish: orange twist
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, crush the cloves, bitters, and fig preserves.
- Add El Dorado 12, Lustau Amontillado, Smith & Cross, and Amaro Nonino to the mixing glass.
- Stir and strain into an Old Fashioned glass sprayed with Ardbeg.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
