Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons single malt Scotch (or any smoky alcohol)
  • 3 roasted marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon caramel
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate ice cream, milk, single malt Scotch, and three roasted marshmallows in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Lightly coat the rim of a glass with caramel, then press the rim into the crushed graham crackers to coat it.
  3. Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs on top.
  5. Garnish with a roasted marshmallow.
